What to prepare for
Online application
Unilever describes a short online form that can be pre-filled from LinkedIn. Only your first application, to one function, is considered.
Profile assessment (two stages)
Unilever says this combines a portrait personality test with an online assessment of cognitive, emotional and social traits, with personalised feedback after each stage. The provider is not named.
Digital interview
Three short recorded questions followed by a business case built on Unilever scenarios. Unilever says a person reviews it and AI is not used to screen.
Discovery Centre
A face-to-face day in the life with project meetings, business challenges, a team meeting with Unilever colleagues and an interview. Dates are to be confirmed.
Commercial practice focus
Our sample trains promotion uplift, margin and business-case reasoning. Unilever does not describe its assessment as game-based, but our free trait games are a useful warm-up for behaviour-based tasks.
Free mock test

5 original questions built around this programme’s published assessment mix, with a worked explanation for every answer. 10 minutes, no sign-up.
