1. About these terms

AceJobTest provides original online practice questions, explanations and progress tools for employment assessments. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

AceJobTest is independent. It is not affiliated with any employer or assessment publisher, and using the service does not guarantee a test score, interview or job offer.

2. Accounts

Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and use one account for yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact us promptly if you believe somebody else has accessed it.

3. Free and paid access

• Free access includes the practice content identified as free.
• Pro costs £19 per month and renews until cancelled.
• The 90-Day Pack costs £39 once and does not renew.
• Prices shown at checkout are the total amount charged.

Stripe processes payment details. AceJobTest does not receive or store your full card number. Paid access starts after Stripe confirms payment.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

You can cancel Pro from the billing portal in your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. A 90-Day Pack ends automatically. Buying another pack adds another 90 days to any unexpired pack access.

5. Immediate digital access

Before payment, we ask for your express consent to provide the digital content immediately and your acknowledgement that the statutory 14-day cancellation right is lost once supply begins. Your confirmation is recorded with the order. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies for digital content that is faulty or not as described. 6. Acceptable use

Access is personal and non-transferable. Do not copy, scrape, republish, sell, share or systematically extract the questions or explanations; try to bypass the paywall or security controls; interfere with the service; or use it unlawfully. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect users or comply with law.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. We may repair, replace or improve content and features. If a material change removes paid functionality during your paid period, you may contact us for an appropriate remedy.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, AceJobTest is a practice and educational service and is not responsible for an employer's recruitment decision or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and right to bring a claim available under the law where you live.
