Refunds and cancellation

Cancel Pro

You can cancel the £19 monthly Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for.

90-Day Pack

The £39 pack is a one-time purchase and never renews automatically. It provides 90 days of access after confirmed payment. Another purchase adds 90 days to unexpired pack access.

Immediate access and the 14-day period

Paid question banks are digital content supplied immediately. Checkout requires you to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel when supply begins. If that consent and acknowledgement were not collected correctly, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

When to request a refund

Contact us promptly if:

• you were charged twice or for the wrong product;
• payment succeeded but paid access was not provided;
• the digital content is faulty, unavailable or not as described; or
• you believe a payment was unauthorised.

Include the account email, purchase date and Stripe receipt reference, but never send full card details. We will investigate and provide the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by law. Nothing in this policy removes your statutory consumer rights.

After a refund

Refunding a paid period may remove or shorten the access granted by that purchase. Your account and completed practice history are retained unless you separately ask for account deletion.
