1. About us and these terms

AceJobTest (acejobtest.com) is run in the UK by an individual, Mohamed Ibnouf. Contact: ibnoufm5@gmail.com. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. You must be 16 or over, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. Our Privacy policy explains how we use your data.

2. What AceJobTest is, and is not

AceJobTest offers original practice questions, timed practice tests, explanations and progress tools written in the style of common employer assessments. It is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any employer, recruiter or assessment publisher, and our questions are not taken from any real assessment. Practising here does not guarantee any score, interview, job offer or other outcome.

3. Your account

You can sign in with an email and password or with Google. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure and use your account only for yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account; tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Access is personal and cannot be transferred. You must not:

• copy, scrape, republish, sell or share the questions, explanations or other content;
• try to get around the paywall, usage limits or security controls;
• interfere with the site or other people's use of it; or
• use the site unlawfully.

We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect other users or comply with the law.

5. Free and paid access

• Some practice tests and a limited number of free tries are free.
• Pro costs £19 a month and renews monthly until you cancel.
• The 90-day pass costs £39 once and does not renew.
• The price shown at checkout is the total you pay.

Payments are taken by Stripe. Paid access starts once Stripe confirms the payment. We never receive your full card details.

6. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel Pro at any time from the billing portal on your account page, which is provided by Stripe. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. A 90-day pass ends on its own. Buying another pass adds 90 days to any time you still have.

7. Refunds and your consumer rights

Paid practice is digital content supplied straight away. At checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that, once access starts, you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel. That does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: if paid content is faulty, not as described or not provided, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, where that is not possible, a price reduction or refund. Contact us too if you were charged twice, charged for the wrong product or think a payment was not authorised. More detail is in our refunds and cancellation page.

8. Changes to the service

We aim to keep the site available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, replace or remove content and features. If a change takes away paid features during a period you have paid for, contact us and we will offer a fair remedy.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not responsible for any employer's recruitment decision, for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these terms, or for business losses. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the service or the law changes, and will update the date at the top. Changes do not apply to a period you have already paid for unless the law requires it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts and keep any mandatory protections of your local law.
